Welcome to YOUR NUTRITION EXPERTS By booking or participating in a nutrition consultation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Overview Our consultations provide personalized nutrition advice, lifestyle guidance, and wellness support. These services are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.
2. Client Responsibilities To ensure the best outcomes, you agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and current health and lifestyle information. Seek approval from your doctor before starting any recommendations, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication. Understand that results depend on individual factors and are not guaranteed.
3. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a [full or partial] session fee. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may lead to discontinuation of services.
4. Fees & Payments Fees are clearly listed at the time of booking. Payment is due [at the time of booking/upon completion of the session]. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, UPI , bank transfer. Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality All personal and health information shared is kept confidential and handled in compliance with privacy laws. Your information will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
6. Important Disclaimer We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Our services are not a replacement for medical care. You are responsible for your health decisions and outcomes based on the advice provided.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages or health outcomes resulting from use of our services. You acknowledge and agree to use the information at your own risk.
8. Termination of Services We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if: You display inappropriate or abusive behavior. There is a breach of these terms. We believe our services are no longer appropriate for your needs.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Satara, Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
